Powerups if agreed

If you are tieing and don't want to do random, you can agree on a map to do a deathmatch in.

Right now we're trying to work something out with RK and I'm getting to the point to dropping the challenge, because of a lot of stuff going on in real life for some of my members and for me. I won't be so active once school starts in 2 days..
So for now we'll have to postpone this challenge but I'm looking forward to it. Hope it's not a long time though.
